WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE IS USED?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are accepted from most countries. International orders ship within one week, plus transit time; USPS First Class Mail International (With tracking, 1-4 Weeks on average). All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER, HOWEVER, I DON'T SEE ANY ACTIVITY WHEN I TRACKMY PACKAGE.
Our automated fulfillment process generates the tracking number ahead of time. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped and for the tracking information to be updated.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING STATES "DELIVERED", HOWEVER, I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please email info@stay-cute.com. Include your full name, order number and your tracking number. We will look into the matter and provide you with our findings within 3-5 business days. Stay Cute is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once they have been handed over to the post office. We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issue if you are to incur this situation.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?
Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you contact your local post office to file a claim for your missing package.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We will, however, honor size exchanges and returns on items sent to you in error. No refunds are accepted.
Size exchanges will be accepted 7 days from when the product was received, please send an email with your request.
We will not accept or process returns on items sent in error or size exchanges on items that have been damaged, worn or washed.

Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.

8. Address Corrections:
If you need to make changes to your address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we'll take care of it. In the event your order has already gone out, you will be notified when/if USPS returns the package to us.
